- The registration fee includes conference bag, program and abstract book, lunch symposia,
and coffee breaks during the conference, gala evening (not included in Mainland Chinese registration fee) and complimentary
half-day visit to World Expo 2010 (not included in Mainland Chinese registration fees).
- Registration fee for accompanying participants
(family members): gala evening and complimentary half-day visit to World Expo 2010.
Cancellation
Policy - Faxed, electronically mailed or post-marked:
- Cancellation
received prior to June 1st, 2010 - full refund will be made.
- Cancellation received from June 1st to June 20, 2010 – refund
less 50% deduction will be made.
- Cancellation received after June 20, 2010 – no refund.

Master, American Express), but there will be a 3% service charges calculated on the total amount paid, and the total amount
